At Spices and Nuts Co, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we take returns and exchanges seriously and follow strict guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
1. Perishable Goods Policy
Most of our products are perishable food items and therefore not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This helps us ensure food safety for all customers.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
Incorrect
Damaged
Defective
Missing from your order
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your:
Order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Perishable goods (spices, nuts, etc.) not damaged or defective
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days of receiving the returned item or approval of your refund request.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for food items. However, if your product was damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
